We are seeking a reliable and friendly CNA to join our team. As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive impression for our visitors. In addition to greeting and rooming guests, you will be responsible for managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, cleaning rooms, and assisting with various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication/sales skills and strong organizational abilities.

Duties:

• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to appropriate individuals
• Schedule appointments for clients
• Direct clients to appropriate rooms
• Assist with cleaning rooms and room set-up between clients
• Take photos and assist with data entry of client information
• Assist the doctor with preparing patients for their treatments
• Assist with checking out clients after their treatments are completed
• Assist with Laundry and light office cleaning
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned

Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Proficient in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
• Excellent sales skills
• High level of customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Professional demeanor with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly
• Knowledge of medical office procedures (refer to our website for information about services: )
• Experience working in a medical office or medical spa is a plus

Qualifications:

• High School degree or equivalent (GED)
• Completion of state-approved CNA education and training program
• CNA certification
• *HIPAA compliance knowledge required
• Knowledge of medical terminology

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
